PASS was sucessfully implemented into the the BHP Billiton Liberia Exploration Iron Ore Project in West Africa during February this year by Vic Seedwell.
PASS is being used at all the project sites and in the main office in Monrovia.

El Pachon Copper project started the implementation of the PASS in September 2009.
It is a cross border mining project, located in San Juan province, Argentina located 5 kilometers from the Chilean border. El Pachon is owned by Xstrata Copper.
The first PASS Masters Course for 2011 was conducted in March for employees of Xstarta Zinc in Spain.
They all work at the San Juan de Nieva Smelter located in Asturias Spain.
The course was conducted in the ZEN Balgaras hotel in Aviles by Vic Seedwell and Jaime Gutierrez.

The Las Bambas Copper project started the implementation of the PASS in August 2009.
It is located in the Peru's Cotabambas and Grau Provinces and is owned by Xstrata Copper.
Energía Austral (a subsidury of Xstrata Copper) is an electricity generation project located in the Aysén Region of southern Chile with the potential to generate more than 1,000 MW. PASS was implemented in April this year into it's various sites and offices whithin the project area by Jaime Gutierrez.
Xstrata's Altonorte
ACCIDENT RATE (September 3, 2008)
On two occasions in 2007, Altonorte achieved 1,350,000 work hours without lost time injuries for the first time in its 19 years of existence. Xstrata Copper's PASS safety system has been implemented which involves creating and strengthening a positive attitude towards safety through staff meetings held before every work shift. Xstrata Copper's North Chile Division is based out of the city of Antofagasta and manages the nearby Altonorte custom metallurgical facility and the Lomas Bayas mining operation, 120 kilometres east Antofagasta.
Collahuasi Mine started the implementation of the PASS into all of its operation in August 2008. With over 5000 employees and contractors it is one of the largest Copper Mines in the world.
It is situated in northern Chile, about 180km southeast of the port of Iquique, at an altitude of 4,000m. The mine is 44%-owned by Xstrata plc in joint venture with Anglo American (44%) and a Japanese consortium (12%).
In March 2008 the first Spanish PASS Masters Course conducted by Vic Seedwell was held in Santiago Chile. The participants came from Argentina, Peru and Chile and most were from Xstrata Copper Operations in South America.
Since the course the new PASS Masters have made some excellent improvements back in their operations which have had a very positive impact on Safety.
